For every position the efficiency is better than 90%. The three Miro Aluminum reflector plates are replaceable. We recommend changing the reflector plates every year. In set-ups with multiple reflectors you can adjust them asymmetrically. Suitable for MH or HPS lamps ranging from 400 – 750 watts. The lamp cord terminal is shielded by a metal housing. 13 ft lamp cord included. Reflector dimensions: 18.3 in long x 9.8 in wide x 5.5 in high.
